Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the conditions of use for the TubeCast service (the "Service"). Users agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 2 (User Registration)

To use the Service, users must register in the manner prescribed by our company. If any false information is provided during registration, we may cancel the registration without notice.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

  • Violation of YouTube Policies: Generating or posting content that violates YouTube Community Guidelines or YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
  • Spamming: Posting a large volume of the same or extremely similar videos, or setting inappropriate metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, etc.) that may mislead viewers.
  • Infringement of Rights: Acts that infringe on the copyrights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or other rights of third parties.
  • Inappropriate Content: Generating content that violates laws, public order and morals, or contains discriminatory, violent, or excessively sexual expressions.
  • System Interference: Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Other: Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to our company or the rightful rights holders.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or safety of the Service. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

##Article 6 (Suspension or Termination of Use) If a user violates these Terms or if we deem it necessary, we may suspend or terminate the user’s access to the Service without prior notice.

##Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
